Nayuta smiles at the guy's apology. So polite and accommodating! She sits up a little straighter and folds her hands as he asks her name, her mood shifting in a more positive direction. "My name is Nayuta," she says, matching his polite-but-direct tone... mostly. She doesn't offer a family name like he did.
Even if his manner of speaking weren't enough to suggest his humanity, Todoroki doesn't smell much like a devil. Neither have the few other people she's encountered since she woke up here. It might be a good idea to avoid advertising her own inhumanity until she's certain he can accommodate that too--no sense inviting any angry mobs.
Nayuta resolves that if she blunders and says something that gives away she's a devil, she'll just erase Todoroki's memory of the incident. No need to overthink things now!
"I'm pretty sure I died, and this place doesn't seem like the human world," is what she settles on after a few moments' thought. She doesn't look too happy with the memory. "I don't know if there's a Heaven but it probably wouldn't be like this." And she certainly wouldn't end up there... right?
"Where do you think we are, Todoroki?" It's not really intended as a challenge--more an opportunity for Todoroki to be useful again. He seems to like that.
