The majority of the people in the world, huh? There's a lot about the human world she still doesn't know--even though her grades are really good--but she'd know about these powers if they were a thing. She'd have been way more worried about devil-hunters if they could randomly punch her with fire or freeze her with a touch or whatever. And despite his power, there's not a whiff of a devil's touch on him.
It does look pretty cool, Nayuta has to admit, but that's not really her focus right now.
Once more she responds to a question with a question: "Have you ever heard of a nuclear weapon?" There are probably a million other ways to test her theory--or is this a hypothesis?--but she's always wondered about this one specifically.
