The monster knows what it is to be leashed. Even if he's capable of taking over Hyun-su, the way he is right now, he's ultimately bound to his human side's will and desires. He's tethered in some capacity by Hyun-su, at least... usually.

In any case, this is different. This is literal, as though a physical leash is around him. He tries to stand up and can't, the veins in his neck tense as he grits his jaw, glaring hatefully up at the girl who continues addressing him like he's a misbehaving pet. Even when he feels that odd, invisible pressure ease, the monster doesn't stop straining. He's never been one to go down without a fight.

The Conquest Devil. What the hell? Is that some next stage of monster-dom? It's evolving, changing; maybe this is something new.

Whatever. He doesn't actually care what the explanation for it is; the monster isn't concerned with facts and reason, just action. Something shifts in him as the anger grows, as something more dangerous starts slipping in. It's a physical change as much as anything — an inky pool taking over the entire sclerae of his eyes, turning them big and black and alien, head tilted up at the girl, tense and straining like he wants nothing more than to tear himself from this leash.

(Still, he can't disobey her. He's compelled to answer that question, and so he does — peering up at her with his strange stare, eyes held as wide as saucers.)

"Which devil? I'm Cha Hyun-su's devil." It's the honest answer, even if it will likely mean nothing to her. The monster's mouth spreads into another smile, but this one is cold, emotionless — like a mask. When he's starting to become like this, he could even disobey what Hyun-su would want. He could snap a child's neck. Let him cry about it later; the monster doesn't care.

"Release me now, and I'll kill you fast instead of slow. You won't even have time to scream. I promise."

....Yeah, he's not going to behave. In fact, he's only gotten worse...
