He wasn't here long. Hawks knows. There's no one here to give us missions other than Hawks, though I suppose it's possible he did send Bakugo out and isn't telling us."

Shoto's expression darkens, at that. Hawks was part of the team that did the same thing with Midoriya, and while Bakugo is a lot more likely to come back on his own, it still leaves a bad taste in Shoto's mouth. Then again--

"But I don't think Bakugo would have accepted it. He knows better. As for Quirk use, it's a more difficult question to answer than it would be at home. There are people here from places where Quirks don't even exist, but some of them have other kinds of powers that don't follow the rules we know about how Quirks work. The building itself seems to hold some sort of power, too."
